Consults for Immigrants

 

Scott Mossman consults with immigrants who need direct representation by an immigration lawyer.  He represents persons who wish to affirmatively apply for immigration or naturalization before the San Francisco or San Jose USCIS Field Offices.  He also defends persons in removal proceedings before the San Francisco Immigration Court.

Scott generally does not consult with immigrants who intend to represent themselves.  He will, however, provide a second opinion for immigrants currently represented by another attorney.
