Consults for Criminal Defense Counsel

 

Scott Mossman routinely consults with criminal defense counsel and public defenders to minimize the immigration consequences of convictions.  He also has served as an expert witness in support of motions to withdraw harmful pleas. He provides these services on an hourly basis for pending cases throughout the State of California. He does confidential attorney-client visits for immigrants in San Francisco Bay Area jails when necessary to obtain a complete immigration history.
